Pentaerythritol ester of gum rosin is obtained by esteritication of gum rosin and pentaerythritol.It is shaped into flake or granular transparent solid through vocuum and stabilization process.It has various advantages of high viscosity,good heat resistance,fine compatibility with many kinds of polymers.It is an excellent tacking resin.
Product properties:pentaerythritol ester of gum rosin is easily soluble in ethers,acetone (propanone),coal tar,esters,benzenes and other solvents and partly solube in petrolic solvents.It is characterized by light color,high softening point,superior yellowing resistance,good heat stability,anti aging,and strong adhesive force.It can solve in various high polymers in any ratios.
Application:pentaerythritol ester of gum rosin is widely applied in the industries of hot melt adhesive,adhesive and self-adhesive.It can enhance the initial and permanent adhesion of pressure sensitive adhesive and be compatible with the high polymers such as NR,CR,SIR,SZS,SBS and EVA.
