生于北京，长于北京，毕业于对外经济贸易大学国际贸易系，并于2002年在母校学成MBA。
大学毕业后即在中国食品土畜进出口商会工作，15年来一直负责林化产品分会的业务协调，长期担任林化产品分会秘书长。2008年成立林化深加工专业委员会以来，担任秘书长。
同时担任其它分会（香精香料分会、木材分会、卫生筷分会的秘书长）。

Born in Beijing and grew up in Beijing.  Graduated Y1995 from University of International Business and Economy, and achieved MBA Y2002 at the same school.
Work in China Chamber of Commerce for I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products from graduation.  Major in trade coordination work of forest chemicals for 15 years, and Secretary General of CHINAFCA for long time.  Secretary General of CRTDA from its establishment in 2008.
Also secretary general of other associations under Chamber of Commerce, like China Essential Oils, Aroma and Spice Trade Association (CHINAEASA), China Wood Products Trade Association and China Disposable Chopsticks Trade Association.
