Generally speaking, August is the peak production season of China gum rosin industry, while under the  great impact of the convid-2019, the global economy was affected obviously, demand shrinking was  unavoidable, together with the gloomy condition of gum rosin industry itself, the market continued the  weak trend of last month at the beginning of the month and market trading was inactive. While, as the  holding of the 2020 China gum rosin conference, the release of the information about the fairly large  production reduction in the year was affected people’s mentality greatly. Crude gum quantity which  come out to the market kept in the low side, production season was further delayed, crude gum  prices started to appear some increase from the middle of the month, together with the situation of  the short time shortage, both gum rosin and turpentine oil prices started to appear some  increase in some of the regions accordingly.
